My life is built around the outdoors, where yoga is one part of a bigger whole. I run ultras, I'm in the forest each day, and I live with the seasons. Australian-born, I see Nordic nature with fresh eyes, and that connection, paired with my yoga and wellness background, grounds everything I create.
I've also spent years in corporate sustainability, and those values still shape how I create and the brands I choose to work with today as a 500-hour certified yoga teacher.
