    A morning flow on Södermalm

Golden Hour is eight weeks of morning yoga in Stockholm. An hour of vinyasa in English, all levels.

A one hour vinyasa class to start the day. We move with the breath through a steady flow, build some warmth, and finish with a few minutes of stillness. All levels are welcome, including complete beginners.

    Why Golden Hour

    Brahma Muhurta

In yogic philosophy the early morning, especially the hour near sunrise called Brahma Muhurta, is considered sacred time.

This practice is an invitation to pause, breathe and connect inward during dawn's precious golden hour.

    All levels

A steady flow that wakes the body up. I give variations, so you can take it easier or add more.

    Done before work

Finished at 08:00. Shower here and be on your way before 8:30.

    The room

    Ester Adèle

Golden Hour is held at Ester Adèle, a yoga studio on Sankt Paulsgatan. Look for the orange YOGASTUDIO sign above the wooden double doors, that is the entrance.

Inside is a quiet, candlelit room with plenty of space to spread out. Mats and props are already waiting for you, and there are changing rooms and showers for afterwards.

    Good to know

    Getting here

Sankt Paulsgatan 22 on Södermalm. A few minutes’ walk from both Mariatorget and Slussen.

Look for the orange YOGASTUDIO sign. The entrance is the wooden double doors underneath it.

    Book every class

A 5-class card or the full season does not book you in. Book each morning you want to come, through the form on this page, so I know how many to expect.

The room holds a limited number, so a place is only yours once it is booked.

    Cards and validity

Cards are valid through the season, up to and including 11 November. Buy a 5-class card early so you have time to use all of it.

    Arriving

Be there by 06:55. Ring Entré on the doorbell, not Shala, and I will let you in.

Mats are available to use at the studio.

    Wellness benefit

Yoga counts as friskvård, so you can use your wellness allowance. Just ask me for a receipt and I’ll send you one for your employer.

    Cancellations

Cancel at least 12 hours before class, by 19:00 the evening before, so the place can go to someone else. Just email hello.yogawithcamilla@gmail.com.

Later than that, or a no-show, counts as a used class and one clip comes off your card.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows, more than twice in a season, may affect your ability to book future classes. A booked spot that stays empty keeps someone else out.

Sixteen mornings, 21 September to 11 November 2026.
