    FAQ

    Common questions

What kind of space do we need?

It depends on the format. A breathing class and chair yoga need nothing beyond a room and chairs. A full class with mats needs a space that fits one mat per person with an arm’s length between them. For 10 people, a meeting room of 25 to 30 square metres where the tables can be moved is enough.

How many people can take part?

From 3 to 20 people with my equipment. Larger groups can be arranged, but we would talk about the space and the setup in advance.

    Do people need yoga experience?

No. The class is adapted to the group and no advanced postures are used.

    How long is the class?

Anything from 20 minutes for a breathing class to 90 minutes for a full class. Most common is 45 to 60 minutes. We decide the format based on what you need.

Can the class be held in English?

Yes, always. Every class is taught in English.

Does yoga count as a Swedish wellness benefit?

Yes. Yoga is an approved friskvård activity according to Skatteverket. Talk to your HR or finance contact about how you would like to handle it.
