A private yoga class for the whole bachelorette party. I come to your flat, your hotel, a hired space or a park in Stockholm, with mats, blocks and everything needed.
The class works for everyone in the group, including people who have never done yoga. It can be calm or have more movement, whichever you prefer. The class is taught in English.

Do you need to know yoga to take part?
No. I start from the basics and adapt the class to the group. No experience is needed, and there is no requirement to be fit.
How many people can take part?
I take private bookings for small and mid-sized groups. Up to 10 people works most easily. Email me with your group size and I will come back with what works.
Can the bachelorette party include SUP yoga?
Yes, in the summer season. Private SUP yoga with a sauna at Sickla Strand can be booked as part of the bachelorette party, or instead of a class on land. No yoga experience needed.
Can you do yoga at a wedding?
Yes. Wedding yoga suits the morning of the wedding, the evening before, or the day after. A calm moment for the couple and the guests, 45 to 90 minutes. I come to your wedding location in Stockholm with all the equipment.
Yoga as a birthday activity?
Yes. Yoga works for milestone birthdays and adult parties. 45 to 90 minutes, at home, in the garden, in the park or at the hotel. I bring all the equipment.
How far in advance do we need to book?
Preferably at least 2 weeks ahead. In high season from May to September I would recommend 4 weeks to secure the date. For wedding dates I would recommend 4 to 8 weeks.
